The United States Dance Championships are conducted under the rules and regulations governing competitions and championships recognized by the National Dance Council of America, Inc (NDCA).

Portions of the 2007 United States Dance Championships may be televised. Since there is no way of knowing what audience or background shots might be utilized in the final edited version, we cannot limit the cameras to the competitors only. Thus, it is considered that everyone who attends these events will, by their presence in the Pacifica Ballroom, have consented to the use and release of any pictures or names of those spectators who may appear on television. If any person has an objection to the possibility of being seen on television we advise you not to enter the Ballroom while television production cameras are operating.
